The room on the 17th floor offered stunning views, but several maintenance issues detracted from the experience, like the curtain pull rod being out of reach and the front door not locking properly. Security was overly watchful, which felt unwelcome and intrusive during my private moments with my companion. Dining options were appealing, particularly the succulent organic chicken served in the restaurant.
